Zalul leads another successful beach clean up with NFTY’s EIE students!

NFTY-EIE students help clean up the Yarkon River.
After a few days of a rainy cold front, November 6 made its mark as a beautiful day with both the sun shining and the Yarkon River being cleaned by Zalul staff and the students in NFTY-EIE, a high school semester abroad in Israel program.
As always, Zalul loves having company during our organized beach clean ups or any of our other events that support the environment. The students on the NFTY- EIE program were so goal-oriented that they even found a buried tire in the sand, among other things.
Beach clean ups are a wonderful way to raise public awareness about preventing pollution while enjoying your day under the sun and doing something good for the environment!
